Year after year, this software gets the job done for me and my family. The company has gone away from Physical CD installation but download worked just fine. I did notice in this year‘s edition that they added the ability to read your previous year’s PDF so you don’t necessarily need the T-file to import as we did in previous editions. Very flexible and works great.

The use of the H&R Block software was relatively easy. The sequences of questions prompted as you work through the tax preparation processes is easy to follow and understand. I do like getting the product download via supporting my local store and the economy in lieu of just downloading online. Thanks for carrying it Best Buy of Racine, WI

I my opinion this is the best tax software for the money.

Good tax software with free state program (digital delivery). Fed program very thorough, state could use a little better explanation. Couldn't get program to automatically download my 1099INT's, but it was no big deal to manually input them. Price beat many online retailers so I was quite happy with that

Was very efficient and friendly in preparing and filing both my federal and Iowa state income tax forms. The software can link to prior year's filings so it can reduce the amount of entry work. It did have a couple of errors on the Iowa forms instructions, but was able to work around those issues.

The HR Block software works great for me. Makes doing my taxes easy and allows me to also do my family members taxes with the 5 federal e files included. I’ve been using HR Block for 7 years and I will continue using it if they keep the product good and affordable.

Great software, zero complaints on functionality. So much better than the competition. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars: the annoying up-sell screens in middle of process that hide the “no thanks” button. Just make me an offer and give me a clear “Yes/No”!

I find that the H&R Block software is easy to use and covers many deductions. If your tax situation is not too complex, this software will suit your needs. I only wish that it came in CD form rather than only downloadable software.

Have used this software for over 10 years with no issues. The instructions for inputting the interest/dividend exclusion amount for state taxes are not as obvious as they could be the first time, but now I'm used to them.

Have used H&R Block software for years. Even though there is no CD, prefer to get the hardcopy box with keycard information to download the software. No issues with the download or using the software.

If you've used tax software this is really nothing new. Those who have used previous HR block tax software won't find any surprises. It does what it does reasonably well

I have always been satisfied with hrblock software when doing my taxes. I rarely have any questions during completing the forms. I recommend this software to anyone wanting to do their own taxes.

This software is great for anyone doing their own taxes. Just be sure to have last years tax return handy because it will ask for last years Adjusted Gross Income. I have already filed.
