Works well, had issues pulling my previous year file and the Pre populating numbers. It was on a PC and this year I used a Mac. Had to go to the IRS website to pull my files AGI from the previous year. All in all worked out.

The online purchase was easy and accurate; confirmation was quick, I was able to download the software and use it very shortly after the confirmation. I would do it again next year.

This year I switched from TurboTax to this H&R Block software. Then using it a bit different from TurboTax, but appears to be just as good once you can navigate around it.

The software worked well, but it was not terribly user friendly. While Turbo Tax is a more pleasant experience, the user agreement makes it unusable. Had to go with H&R Block

It is a suitab;e product if you do not have a complicated tax filing. I had to manually go back and fix a few entries as the software did not transfer them as it was supposed.

I used to use the “ other “ software until it messed up my razes. Just get this one!

The program was useful compiling our return. It's not entirely intuitive and installation can be a bit of a chore, but it got the job done and was affordable.

I alway use TAXCUT which is now call H&R BLOCK for over thirty years. It has been greatly developed to make it user friendly.

I’ve tried TurboTax and the others before sticking with H&R Block. Buy the deluxe version and rest easy with their audit support guarantee.

I’ve been using HRB for several years now, and its been a fairly reliable and painless way to do taxes. Recommended.

The only tax program I ever use. If you go to HR Block to do your taxes, they are using the same program.

I switched from turbo tax to H & R 7 yrs ago & I will continue using for years to come. Results great.

I've used this software for many years, but the last couple have not been a happy experience. I had my first correction from last year's return (filed with this product) because of a user interface interface issue that caused me to enter data incorrectly. (The form was technically right, but the layout was reversed from similar pages and I didn't notice that - an interface inconsistency is something to be avoided.) And this year, I was getting to the end of input for my 2022 return, and the software told me I should do estimated earnings to avoid underpayment penalties. However, the same screen was showing me a $1xxx federal and a several hundred dollar state refund. I did a forced recalculate, and that did not fix it. A recent update corrected it, apparently, but it's a good thing I was not intending to file around March 10, which is roughly when I saw this problem. I tried to submit this return via Block's invitation, but when I was on the final step I was told to check a box that I agreed to: "By checking the box you give permission to use your review, quote, and name for any purpose..."

Works great, use it every year never had a problem.

I used H&R for several years. It is similar to Turbo Tax which I used before but at a lower price.

ok for Fed return. Not for California. I have substantial carryover credits that require Schedule P and FTB3523. I ended up downloading the forms from the state website and filling them out manually. H&R Block would have cost me $992 in state taxes. Also, not user friendly for preparing Estimated 2023 federal taxes. I downloaded forms from IRS website and did it myself.

It was super simple and it went on sale multiple times. Better UI and much better for students.
