I bought the software for her so she could do her taxes. She was not able to use the program which requt her to do multiple states. She ended up going to a tax preparer.

I used to just get the forms and do it myself and I think I will go back to that method since my taxes are very basic.

I've resubmitted multiple times to complete my taxes. They have serious problems this year.

But when I completed entering my data I found out that I would be charged an additional $19.95 to file my state return. So what I thought would cost me $40 ended up costing $60.00. But after using this software for 20+ years, I think I'll be looking at other options next year.

The same problem, the IRS rejects it due to AGI doesn't match or pin is incorrect. When I call online help, they all say the same thing. Oh, just mail it in !!!!

It will not scale to page size. There is no indication HRBlock plans to fix their software. The return cannot be printed. HRBlock could care less.
