User friendly format

The download from Best Buy worked seamlessly with no issues. Since I have used it before, It now imports most of my info so it is pretty fast and the efile on the federal is very convenient. There is a charge for state efile so I chose to print and mail

Very Good Tax Software

The Software is very easy to use. The download and installation process was very easy and quick. One needed to perform an update to make sure one had the latest software functionality after the initial software download. I highly recommend H&R Block Deluxe and State Tax Software.

I like the ease of importing prior year tax information. The program eliminates the mundane task of entering basic personal and financial information - a great starting point. Additionally, the ability to import some investment companies information is very helpful. All the user has to do is review.

It guides you thru in language you understand. The only thing I can say is I liked the disc better than downloading it from on line. On line seems to encounter some issues. But after another try it downloaded properly.

The interview questions are thorough and it’s easy to use. It’s not perfect but we’ve been using it for 15 years and it’s very simple to import last year’s return as a starting point for this year’s. Best Buy had a good price and the purchase/download process was extraordinarily easy.

We’ve used H&R over the past several years and have found this software to be the most thorough and least expensive way to file. It also allows planning for the following year’s taxes.

It is easy to use and allows me to print the completed forms needed for my tax returns. It also uses some of the previous year's data to make it easier to complete your taxes.

Now called HR Block and I’m still having great results doing my taxes. About as simple as it comes without any problems with downloads or doing my taxes. Also never had any problems with getting my returns. I’m completely satisfied. Thanks.
