When my laptop failed I purchased a One In All HP computer. Everything went good except some of my files weren't transfered over to the new computer.

It's a pretty good product. I have been using HR Block software for a few years. It usually works as well as can be expected.

Reliable and does what you want and need it to do.

I have used the Block software program forever and have a shelf of disks from past years. Never again. For 2020 tax year, there is no physical product - no disk in the package - just the code on the box to download the software from the H&R Block site. If I had wanted to 'download' the file I would not have ordered the 'physical product'. The 2020 business tax software does not recognize the 2019 Block tax files and you cannot use last years' file if the computer does not have the 2019 tax program installed. I installed the 2020 program on a new computer, tried to load the business return from last year and the 2020 program would not recognize the 2019 file. I then tried to load the 2019 tax program on the new computer from the disk last year - but the program would not load on the new computer. Wasted hours trying to get this to work. do not want to manually enter all the business information again. The other tax programs all say they can import last year's returns from the H&R Block program. If you need the business tax program do not use this one this year. Time to try one of the other tax programs.

So far, so good. The loading instructions did not match the actual sequence, but it did load okay with no issues.

H&R Block Software is a great program to use for taxes. Unfortunately, I had to call H&R Block directly to load the software as there were issues with the download from other suppliers selling the H&R Block software. I still buy every year.

Been using this software for years and have had no issues. It includes several free federal e-file returns but no free state e-file returns. Would be nice to include one out of the box.

This year they nailed it. No problems with e-file or customer service. 2 thumbs up.

This software is very bad. Many errors after installing. No customer service help from the HR BLOCK. Please don’t buy this software and save your money.

If you are expecting a disk, It's not happening. Physical means you get the code in a box. Really. That's what I was told. My bad - This was pointed out to me - The spec reads - "Physical (Download Code Only)". That means you get the code in a box - Cool. Save yourself the trouble of a drive to Best Buy and just download the code.

The absolute worst tax software I have ever used. Not user-friendly at all. Don’t waste your money just by the TurboTax!

I have a consulting firm and fairly complicated tax situation. I have been using this software for a few years after my CPA retired and I could not find another option. I have been very happy with the product. It walks you through a structured interview and allows you to ask questions if you get stuck. Highly recommend it.

Not actual product, but when I ordered the "physical" software I was expecting a CD rom. If I had know it was digital software in a box I wouldn't have ordered it for in-store pickup. I would have just got the email version.
