We needed a toaster for months but waited until this particular unit came back into stock-- definitely worth the wait, as most everything else simply looks like a toaster (lol)

Great (and beautiful) Toaster!

There are 2 separate settings (for 2 slices each) that include a Defrost and Bagel setting. There are little baskets in each slice area that grab what you're toasting to keep it straight and each side the same distance from the heating elements. Toast and waffles are coming out great!

It is also very light so that when you push the handles down to lower the toast the whole rear of the toaster pops up off the counter... this is annoying. For the price you'd think it would be weighted properly so this would not happen...disappointing...
