It is a bit of a problem that there are no shelves that hold taller items like a pitcher of ice tea. You can take out a shelf if desired. I also took out a shelf on the door so I can put a bottle of wine there if desired. I have only had it about a month but am very happy with it. There is nothing else like it in this size and price range.

The counter depth haier is absolutely perfect for me, for my kitchen and for my needs. I LOVE it. I will say if youre a family, this likely isnt for you but for 1 or 2, it is perfection

The salesman was very knowledgeable and when we thought our buying experience couldn’t get any better the delivery crew showed up and we’re the nicest young gentleman you’d ever meet. The Perfect Refrigerator

I needed a 28" wide refrigerator with doors that opened no more than 45 inches from the wall since I had a stove located on the opposite side and could not open the previous door at a 90 degree angle, which wouldn't allow me to use certain bins.

Posted .In reviewing the specifications for your refrigerator, the cabinet shelves do appear to have some adjustability. It may depend on the size of your milk carton as to whether it will fit standing up.

It is small enough to fit where we needed it to go, It is counter depth AND it still feels like a full size fridge. We removed the top shelf for taller items and we still have plenty of space for everything else. Would definitely recommend!

Doesn't hold correct temperature

The first one wouldn't hold below 42 degrees even when set to 34 degrees which is absolutely not food safe. I had two thermometers in there measuring internal temp of food and the air. How is it possible to sell a product that can't hold food at the scientifically validated safe temperatures?? On the other hand setting the "cool zone" drawer to anything other than veg causes the entire contents of the drawer to freeze at temps from 25-29 degrees. I would calculate i've lost over $200 of groceries either to being frozen in the drawer or having rotted after 2-3 days in the main compartment. This is ridiculous!! I'm 48 hours into my replacement and again the main compartment won't get below 45 set at 37 degrees, when i turn it down to 34 it will hold at 38 degrees. The freezer seems to work fine. I am at a loss to return (again) for a different model because i worry running the fridge at the coldest setting will cause it to wear out faster and I can't barely afford this one to begin with-- would like to avoid this kind of ordeal for at least another decade.... The size and aesthetic is great but wow I'm not sure how they failed so bad at engineering the entire purpose of creating an appliance that can't keep food at safe temperatures.
