    Dont be fooled by the price and the delivery date shown on the best buy website. Ordered in June 2024 and no delivery untill September 2024. Different individuals from best buy call center (located in Philippines based on accent) keeps calling every other day to re-schedule. Oveer the 90 plus days that i waited got rescheduled at least 14 times. Agents keeps saying it is the "vendor's" fault. It is your vendor best buy not my vendor. Finally canclled the order and recvied refund. Dont waste your time looking at this model.

      There are a number of normal sounds you can expect to hear which include buzzing and humming. If you feel the sound is abnormal or unusually loud, we recommend calling GE Appliances service at 1-800-432-2737 to schedule a service appointment to have the refrigerator checked by a highly trained service technician.     Worked for one day... Waited three weeks for it to last one day... Best Buy is replacing it and will help replace the food that spoiled but I swear if the second one fails I'll be greatly disappointed... Been two weeks and still haven't gotten the replacement!!!

    Not even worthy of one star. Unpackaged it and broke after two weeks. All of my food inside went bad and smelled bad. Had repair guy look at it and it’s some sort of catastrophic failure.

    Stopped working at 4 years 10 months

    Loved it until it stopped working in less than 5 years. (Lost everythingbin the freezer, and refrigeratir not working.) It is otherwise perfect size and appearance, however I’m getting little to no support from Best Buy on repair. Trying to determine service options from manufacturer now. (Really Best Buy? Bring it into the store or no repair service???) I am a Total Tech member but not getting anywhere with that.

    I purchased this on July 5, 2024. Here it is September 11 and I still do NOT have it. Ibwas originally given July 31, then August 17, then September 1, then September 11 and now they have no fricking idea when i could may receive this item! Customer service is a joke. You can’t speak to anyone locally that speaks clear English. I have an entire RV remodel on hold for months due Best Buy selling products they cant provide! I’m heavily considering canceling my membership with them and never do business there again. This is totally unacceptable.

    Indefinitely Delayed-DO NOT BUY

    I ordered this fridge in June 2024 and have received numerous calls since asking to reschedule my delivery as it was backordered. The last couple of times the agents were crafty in stating that it has arrived but needs a couple more days to be scanned and processed, only for it to be delayed AGAIN. While this fridge would fit perfectly in my small kitchen, I cannot keep waiting. I'm incredibly disappointed.

    Great Price but don't be fooled. The manufacturer is months late on the delivery. Best But has no control of the manufacturer delays. So if you in a rush just move on to another model / brand.
