My wife and I love our new Haier refrigerator The delivery was seamless and on time. The product was not damaged and works perfectly. It’s very quiet and keeps everything perfectly cold.

If you live in a condo or small apartment this is perfect, read the reviews prior to purchase, said it was beautiful and quiet and so it is nice to look at good price.

Fits perfectly in a senior apartment. Looks classy! Easy to open for a senior with a bad hand grip! Neighbors saw it coming in to apartment and ask many questions because of look and fit.

I moved into a condo with a very small kitchen and it was very important to maximize the refrigerator space as best as possible. This was the only fridge that fit my specs and it looks great, works great, and is a pleasure to use!

Good product and price for what I needed but the delivery and after sale service is awful Still awaiting rebate and contact from Best Buy as teh fridge came with a dent..

We love this refrigerator! It's super quiet, controls on the front and the lighting is beautiful.

We purchased this refrigerator less than 2 years ago and it is already falling apart! The touch display control panel on the front went out after about a year (just after warranty ended) which wasn't too big of a deal but now the auto-defroster is gone out too. I can't run diagnostics to see which specific part is broken because the display (which is how you run diagnostics on this fridge) is broken. I've called Haier and given them ample opportunity to fix the issue prior to writing this review, very poor customer service. These refrigerators are not built to last, spend your money on a different brand. Avoid at all costs unless you want to throw your money away! I'm now using a blow drier to defrost the rear freezer compartment in order for the fridge to keep working. I have to do it weekly or the fridge will stop cooling and all the food will go bad. I'm not going to spend an extra couple hundred dollars to get it fixed as it's pretty clear that it's built to fail. Need to bite the bullet and get a better brand but thought I'd warn everyone before doing so. Buyer beware.

I was nervous this would be small but it’s not. I went from a full-size side by side and I literally took everything out and put it in this one and I still had room for more. So impressed.

I had to move the hinge to the right to fit my kitchen configuration. Not easy if you are singlehanded and don't have the right tools. took 3 hours.

I love this refrig. It fits my space perfectly and the shelves and drawers hold all my stuff neat and orderly.

Good, nice fridge looks real nice in the house. Good shelf space inside. We were used to a bigger fridge 18 cubic foot fridge, but so far have been able to fit everything we need. Haven't been able to get as many sauces on the door, but it works out fine. The fridge does make a little bit of a small buzzing sound from time to time that sort of sounds like a fax machine. It's not that loud but just something to be aware of. Not a deal-breaker for me.

Great lighting and so EZ to find things without all the trappings of compartments! Always prefer bottom-freezer fridges, and this one has wonderful drawers. wE opted against having an ice maker. makes absolutely NOISE (as our previous LGs and Kenmores did). WE LOVE THIS (had encountered it on an AirBnB Stay in Quebec, and were happy o finally track it down here in Best Buy! )

Refrigerator doesn't cool as it should. I've had 3 sets of repair visits, the first 2 sets I was without a cooling fridge for a week to 10 days. Now the parts ordered at the last visit - Jun 19 - are backordered until AUGUST. They expect you to be 2 months without a working refrigerator! Service from GE refuses to replace the refrigerator and thinks $200 is appropriate compensation. For having to throw out all your food THREE TIMES and have to eat out for TWO MONTHS? Seriously? Stay away from the Haier and General Electric brand. If these parts are on short supply, it's likely because they are having to replace them frequently. Taking this matter to the local Small Claims, at this point, I want all my money back so I can buy something more reliable.

I dare say perfect for my needs. This is a relatively compact refrigerator that has compartmentalized how I place everything and made my favorite pastime, cooking, more efficient. Once the shelves are placed in where i felt comfortable and I grew on the freezer drawers it became the perfect refrigerator for me since I like mostly fresh foods

Beautiful fridge. Works great so far. Doesn't have an ice maker or water dispenser, so only needed to plug it in. Delivery guys had great attitude and had masks on. They were on time and got the job done.

This is a GREAT refrigerator!!! Just great. Counter depth is the way to go... no stuff coming out and falling on your toes!
