This fridge was perfect for what I needed..always had the fridge on top and freezer on bottom, and NO icemaker--not an easy thing to find w/o icemaker, but wanted the French doors on top and stainless..clicked "counter depth" just out of curiously, and trying to downsize things size wise and open up the kitchen in other ways also, the Counter Depth is great..the freezer is French doors also and love the crispers in the freezer, seems very organized and will not be as overstocked as before, I did have to remove one of the crispers for larger frozen pizzas to fit and stack, still no big deal..may not suit everyone, the fridge does not have a lot of options shelf wise, the gallon of milk only fits on bottom shelf and a 12-pack of cokes fits to the left or right side and the door able to close, have to buy a new gallon tea pitcher bc ever so slightly to tall and will not fit on the shelf with the gallon of milk, but no biggie..it looks great, is quiet as a mouse, even the delivery guys were eyeballing it, they had not seen one like this and they thought it looked great..the stainless on the front doors are not fingerprint friendly, but hey, just use the handles..Love it..and the price, got a Pre-Black Friday price and was around 40% off regular price, so loved that, too..

I love the fridge, a little getting used to the size, going from bottom freezer to the Counter Depth, like the look of counter depth and all the French doors, top of fridge and bottom freezer, but had to remove a freezer tray to fit family size larger pizza, only a gallon of milk fits in the fridge, 2 liters fit in the doors, had to buy a new tea pitcher bc old one too tall to fit in fridge, didn't want to remove a shelf in the fridge for that to fit.. just a little getting used too..and did not want any water/ice on the outside, so that is getting harder to find..very updated look..I am pleased..

Overall, has treated me great so far. It is much smaller than our last fridge but just being 2 people in our home it's great for us. If you have more than 2 people in a home I would not recommend. Also, it's not magnetic so you can't fill it up with all your magnet keep sakes/notepads. I don't care about all that clutter but my wife wasn't super happy about it.

We purchased this refrigerator for a kitchen remodel. We needed an efficient refrigerator that fits our space. We love this refrigerator due to small size and quad design helps in organizing. Unfortunately the refrigerator section is not cooling properly (even after 2 replacements). The only problem is that we cannot get the top the top 2 shelves in the refrigerator section cold enough. My thermometer on the top shelf is constantly between 43-45 degrees F. this is too warn for any form of dairy (must be below 40). Every time i open the refrigerator I am disappointed with what I see. the freezer section is cold and the produce shelves in the refrigerator section are cold enough. But there is a design problem where the cold air is not flowing to the top of the refrigerator. I was able to install a small USB fan connected to a battery pack (lasts 8 hrs). By blowing air from the produce level up. I was able to get the top shelf to be around 41-43 degrees. But it's still not good enough. Thus I will need to return and get another model. I have had for over 1 month and do have some observations Pros 1. Perfect form factor - I can even change the freezer sections to be be refrigeration. 2. Quiet - I have an open kitchen facing a living space. cannot hear anything from this refrigerator 3. Look and feel - the design is great. the refrigerator is in the visible section of the refrigerator and everyone comments on how good it looks Cons 1. Poor design - as mentioned on the refrigerator section 2. Haier service - they outsource to a local company. the local company sent a tech that never worked on Haier wasting a day of time 3. Internal finishes - the shelving is a bit cheaper feel. but for a refrigerator in this price point i think its above average

We had an old freezer top fridge with classic big bottom door, small top door. For five years we waited. Five years of kneeling to see what is in the back on the bottom shelf. Five years of not being able to walk through the kitchen if someone had the door open. It was painful, but we vowed not to exchange this one for something else we didn't like. We took our time. We used other peoples fridges to see how we liked them. We decided it had to be counter depth, freezer on the bottom (no drawer), ice machine not mandatory, stainless steel. The lowest prices for what we sort-of wanted came in at two grand minimum. It would have to wait. Then we found this refrigerator. Best Buy was selling it. There may have been a unicorn nearby. The quality is decent. It's simple, like a commercial low-boy, with a basic build. It looks good. It has changed the dynamic in our kitchen, and we throw away about 30% less food/biology experiments.

We bought this fridge to put in our garage to keep drinks, water and Omaha Steaks. It’s working fine so far for the purpose we have. It doesn’t have any extras like ice or water, but we didn’t want or need these in the garage.

Love the quick cool and quick freeze features. Draws in freezer help organize foods but there is no space for storage of larger items in freezer.

For years our family has avoided buying unknown brands for appliances. We have always bought from brands such as Whirpool, GE, Kenmore, and even Frigidaire. Yet, it seems the quality and reliable of the products have declined dramatic in these past years. Our prior refrigerator gave up on us within 5 years and even at that we already had if fixed thinking it would last longer. We came across this particular refrigerator as a recommendation, while looking at other refrigerator on the Best Buy website. At the time it was on sale for a very low price. After doing some research and reading reviews, it felt that it was a good buy. So far I am impressed with the quality and design of the product. The layout and sections, didn't sacrifice the space. It does give that luxe vibe without break the bank. I saw the price of it now and I was glad I bought it when it was first sold with a discount. Even with the sale price now, I still got it cheaper and have no regrets. Even at the current is still a good buy. If you are looking for a no frills four door fridge for a practical price. This would be the one.

If you have a family that needs ample amount of food storage in the fridge/ freezer then this is not the fridge for you. Having said that, this is one of the better fridges that I have owned. Its sleek, very modern looking and compartmentalized. It has the advantages of a french door but beats the disadvantages by separating the freezer into smaller manageable sections rather than having to dump food on top of each other. The depth is slightly smaller than regular counter depth (which is why I bought it in the first place). The fridge section is a little squeezed but the added advantage is you will not be accumulating food for months in the deep end. We get a lot of compliments and we have recommended it to many friends. For the price, you can't beat the functionality and the dimensions of this fridge. And as a reminder, always buy a 5 year warranty on any fridge, we had to replace one after 4 years because of lack of one.

My wife and I were skeptical about this fridge being a lesser known brand for this tier of fridge, but we needed a counter depth fridge to fit the space in our kitchen better. We have been going on 4 months now with this fridge and we have not had any issue at all with the fridge as far a mechanical/electrical. It has been functioning perfectly. The door configuration is different with it being a Quad Door. I actually like it, the bins are nice in the freezer compartment and it makes it easier to organize in comparison with a chest freezer where everything is sitting on top of one another. The spaciousness is obviously not the best overall, but I would say I am impressed with it. I think they designed it well to work with the space. It holds more than I thought it would. In case you are worried about Gallon jugs not being able to fit -- they fit just fine. I would say this fridge works great for 2 people in a household. It might can work for a family of 3 or 4, but space would be tight. However, like I mentioned before, I do think it is more spacious than what I expected for a 16.4 cu ft fridge. I think this a great fridge for the price. We got it at $799.99, which is an excellent price for a counter depth when compared to others. This fridge feels High Quality. So if you are skeptical because of the brand and door configuration, hopefully this gives you an idea of what to expect. Just keep it mind this does not have an Ice Maker or water from the door. Its pretty basic.

Very few refrigerators would fit into my 5th wheel. The Haier was a perfect size and still had a great capacity for my needs. It is a great looking unit and it cools quickly and maintains the temperature as needed.

We have an awkward fridge space and this was literally the only one that worked with the dimensions of the space. Delivery took a long time, but we managed. I interior is designed well and I feel like they really maximized on the space. The freezer space is amazing. The con... right off the bat I opened on of the doors and it lightly went against the edge of my marble counter top creating a ding. The stainless steel material is incredibly sensitive. NOT FINGERPRINT PROOF AT ALL. I don't mind the fingerprints too much, but what I do mind is that anything over a feather-light wipe scratches the surface. I've finally gotten used to it, but one door has a big ding in it and is completely scratched up from wiping. Next on the agenda is contacting the manufacturer to see if they can replace the door because it bothers me THAT much. Other than that, it's a great fridge at a great price point

This is a smaller, speciality refrigerator that is the exact size we needed for our galley kitchen. Lack of ice maker and water is not a problem for us, but may be for others. Will be interesting to see how this machine performs over time. Learned that our neighbors have the same unit at their summer Michigan home and are quite pleased with it.

There's only 2 reasons I'm giving this four stars and not five. The first being that the freezer only has drawers and no real shelving except the very very top which is clearly designed for ice trays. would be nice if one side was drawers and one side was shelving. there's no storage space on the doors of the freezer. That wasn't something I noticed originally but there's enough space for my needs so it doesn't bother me. The only other thing I don't like is that there is no light in the freezer. otherwise I'm very pleased with this purchase. I have a very small house and didn't want the fridge jutting out past the counter particularly because it is right by the entrance / front door. I paid for installation so I'm assuming they leveled it but from a side view it still looks like it's at an angle I don't know if that is Best buy not leveling it right or if that's really how it's supposed to look. I really like this fridge and I'm pleased with my purchase. I do wish however I'd waited a few extra weeks because the price was brought down $500 a few weeks after I bought it. It arrived with a scratch but they gave me a $126 gift certificate to make up for it. Since I bought it another customer asked if the freezer can even fit a full size frozen pizza. I haven't tried it yet but I think a full size one might fit angled on the very top shelf of the freezer if you don't have ice trays there. It's definitely not made to fit a bunch of full sized frozen pizzas for sure. keep in mind this is a unique, smaller depth fridge (counter depth). In the photo the handles to the doors look like they're an outset black plastic or something but in reality they're an inset handle (indents into the fridge rather than sticking out externally).

So far we are very happy with this purchase! Needed a 33" wide counter depth fridge for our small kitchen, tried three Samsung fridges that all arrived damaged/broken and were also super loud. Decided to take a chance on Haier and we're so much happier! Fridge is quiet, looks sleek/modern in the space, love the two doors for the freezer rather than one big drawer for things to get lost in, and the lack of handles protruding off the front is great for a tight space. The only thing its lacking is an ice machine, however I think I prefer the extra storage space gained by leaving that feature out. Ice cube trays aren't that difficult.

I was looking for a French door quad door that wouldn't take up a lot of space in my kitchen. This fridge has the freezer on the bottom which opens up more space for the top. Love that the freezer has six compartment for easily separating and storing your Frozen Goods with ease of accessibility to get to it. Also great counter depth fridge as it seamlessly transitions into being a built into Cabinetry look.
