Stopped working after 6 months. Couldn’t buy the piece needed fo repair it. Had to scrap it. Such a sad waste.

We purchased this refrigerator for a kitchen remodel. We needed an efficient refrigerator that fits our space. We love this refrigerator due to small size and quad design helps in organizing. Unfortunately the refrigerator section is not cooling properly (even after 2 replacements). The only problem is that we cannot get the top the top 2 shelves in the refrigerator section cold enough. My thermometer on the top shelf is constantly between 43-45 degrees F. this is too warn for any form of dairy (must be below 40). Every time i open the refrigerator I am disappointed with what I see. the freezer section is cold and the produce shelves in the refrigerator section are cold enough. But there is a design problem where the cold air is not flowing to the top of the refrigerator. I was able to install a small USB fan connected to a battery pack (lasts 8 hrs). By blowing air from the produce level up. I was able to get the top shelf to be around 41-43 degrees. But it's still not good enough. Thus I will need to return and get another model. I have had for over 1 month and do have some observations Pros 1. Perfect form factor - I can even change the freezer sections to be be refrigeration. 2. Quiet - I have an open kitchen facing a living space. cannot hear anything from this refrigerator 3. Look and feel - the design is great. the refrigerator is in the visible section of the refrigerator and everyone comments on how good it looks Cons 1. Poor design - as mentioned on the refrigerator section 2. Haier service - they outsource to a local company. the local company sent a tech that never worked on Haier wasting a day of time 3. Internal finishes - the shelving is a bit cheaper feel. but for a refrigerator in this price point i think its above average

Love it! Favorite fridge I’ve owned! Love the design, small and spacious

So far we are very happy with this purchase! Needed a 33" wide counter depth fridge for our small kitchen, tried three Samsung fridges that all arrived damaged/broken and were also super loud. Decided to take a chance on Haier and we're so much happier! Fridge is quiet, looks sleek/modern in the space, love the two doors for the freezer rather than one big drawer for things to get lost in, and the lack of handles protruding off the front is great for a tight space. The only thing its lacking is an ice machine, however I think I prefer the extra storage space gained by leaving that feature out. Ice cube trays aren't that difficult.

We’ve had this for 4 years and it has been solid! Keeps food cold. Easy to open and close. No complaints!

I love how small it is but you can fit just enough stuff without all your food going bad because you don't realize you have so much food in a huge fridge it works perfectly I just hope it last us a lot of years!!

The “adjustable” shelves are not adjustable enough to fit “taller” items like milk and soda! They only fit on the door, and the door is not big enough for a gallon of milk, so we can only buy half gallons now. Also, no lights whatsover in the freezer. It is really really strange. Buyer beware.
