Nice Refrigerator, horrible delivery experience

So far the refrigerators are fine, but the delivery service was a nightmare. BestBuy uses a third-party delivery company that does not communicate with the schedulers at BestBuy, so it too them three tries to deliver the refrigerators. The phone calls ( a dozen or so) and (unanswered) emails wasted hours of my time. I would buy the same refrigerators again, but not from BestBuy, because their delivery service is like dealing with the Three Stooges on drugs.

Not happy with my purchase

I thought this would be a nice way to be organized in my fridge. But this item cannot even store a gallon of water (or MILK if you or your kids drink it) upright. Anywhere. None of the shelves can. Not in the main part, not on the doors. Only the middle shelf can be adjusted up and down and it's not enough to let you put that 1 gallon bottle in there. Only the middle door shelves can adjust a little bit vertically. This must have been designed by someone that doesn't live in the US because very standard things cannot fit it it. It's also very tall so putting things on top and taking them down is difficult, and I am not a short man (5'11").

Manufacturing design issue

So basically your fridge stays open.. we called GE customer service they came and "fixed" it but the issue was not solved.... I dont wish to call Customer service of GE from day 1 of buying a refrigerator

Had it plugged in for over 24 hours and it is warmer than the air in my house. I really regret purchasing this refrigerator, my only reason for chosing it to start with was the size. Now I have to wait another week for a tech to look at it or another 3 weeks for an exchange.
