those 2 purchases were really good experiences, ALSO, both were online purchases, picked up at the store. BUT.... I went into your store on santa rosa ave. and I had every intention on buying a laptop on 9-15-2015, I stood by the laptops for quite a while, I asked clerks for help, and was told someone would be with me in a sec. well, I waited longer and asking other clerks that were talking to each other for help. told again it would be just a second, 45 min later, I was so MAD after watching the FEMALE (that seemed to be the manager of that dept,) help people that were just entering the store and looking at me with a smirk. I must have asked for help from 6 or 7 diff. clerks, not 1 would help me. I walked out of that store, SHAKING, I WAS SO MAD.. those people SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC. I will not be purchasing anything from BestBuy ever again and none of my friends will either. you need to give those employees training on how to treat people. they made me have a very bad afternoon, I will never forget how I was ignored and looked at like I was below them, I more than likely make more money then 90% of them. there, now you have my review.
