nice ambient lighting, never had before, but I like it

It was no big deal wasn't for me just was a light around the tv

This worked great for the first day. Noticed a rapid blink and the remote never worked after that.

works well except remote broke, now to turn it off I have to reach behind tv and unplug it

I never bought this product. I dont know why this is showing on my account. I will do research to find out why thisb is showing on my account.

This did not last even a year. It is pretty much junk in my opinion. I got it for cheap on clearance though. Should have saved my money.

Experiencing much deeper blacks. Was very easy to install. I am going to recommend this to everyone who wants a better picture out of their TV. Amazing that a company finally thought of something so simple as way to enhance viewing experiences.

This did not work on my older TV, which only has a USB 2.0 port. If I plug it in, the lights blink on and off. Remote did not appear to work. I tried plugging it into a connector plug on my surge protector, but the same thing happened. It does not say anywhere in the description or specifications on the website that it will not work unless your TV has a USB 3.0 port. The directions that came with it says it "may flicker" if not connected via a USB 3.0 port.

I could never stand to watch TV in the dark, but with HALO, I now can! Turns our den into a theatre. Turn down the lights, make some popcorn, and binge away! The picture never looked better with the ambient lighting behind the TV.

You don't realize how much better your tv can be until you try it with bias lighting.

Make sure to watch a video of the product first to ensure you will be able to place a power supply appropriately. The lights are okay, pretty bright and decent color, but the strip tack is poor and the light set won't stay on the back of the TV, resulting in a nice LED snake behind the entertainment center every few hours. I think this is the bias lighting system people really love when they dont know any better. Save your pennies and buy a better product.

We bought 3 of the multi color ones and all 3 of them the remote stopped working. I contacted Duel Sales and they did stand by their warranty and replaced all 3 of them.
