These collars are amazing. I have two and they are great. Just like any product sometimes theres an issue. The halo dogpark is the best part of Halo. Easy access to a real human face to face. They walk you through every step. Its so easy. I take my dogs to my weekend clubhouse and switch my fence to there and the click of a button they are in a new fence area. I have 5 different fence locations. I also use it to track my hound dog shen he’s tracking a deer. Amazing.

We moved from a farm to a 2 acre lot in town, our dogs were used to running freely all day long. It was a rough transition for them, no amount of dog park visits was enough. I looked around at different ecollars and finally decided to buy 2 halo collars. Training took some time but now my dogs have their freedom to run and play and we don't have to worry about them running away or getting hit by a car.

I have had the collar over a year and half. At first it didn't seem like it was going to work for us. Admittedly we never finished the training. We live on 20 acres with no fences and my pup, Amber would frequently blow past the boundary, So I ended up shelving the collar. Then one day I decided to give it another try. I turned up the static feedback to a higher level and instantly it worked. It was very reliable, to the extent that Amber was reluctant to go past the established boundaries even without the collar on. Then the other day it once again became totally ineffective. She would blow past the boundary at will. That's when I noticed one of the contact tips had broken off. The threaded portion sheared off flush with the body of the collar and could not be removed. Not expecting much, I reached out to customer service via video chat and spoke with Nicholas G.. He asked to see the collar via the camera and quickly offered to send a replacement collar free of charge, even though my collar was out of warranty. This is the best customer service I have ever received. I am very happy with the product (can't live without it), and the support.

Thor is a 100 plus pound dog and he can be quite stubborn at times. By watching the very knowledgeable and detailed videos and instructions the Halo folks have provided we are in a great place training Thor and getting him accustomed to his new Halo collar. This has opened a whole new world for Thor and our family with the new found Freedom the Halo Collar delivers.

I love the collar, especially now that they make an even smaller version with the 4th generation collar. Bosco gets do excited when he sees me pull the collar out because he knows he gets to run and play on 9 acres of property. I love the feedback feature that calls him back home when its time to call it a night and come home.

I did a lot of research on invisible fences and the new GPS dog fence by HALO. I purchased the Halo3 and it was easy to set up and train our dog. Setting up the fence and making changes to it was a breeze. I had one issue with the fence warning going off in the house but was resolved by using the beacons to ignore the fence while in the house.

We love this collar. There’s a few instances where an over cast stopped the gps tracking but it lasted only 5 minutes. I just wish the battery lasted longer than 24 hours. Customer support is awesome and did help resolve an error quickly! The zoom style support was awesome.

We have two hounds & we travel quite a bit too, particularly to our camp in Maine and back to our house. It took a while but we now have both areas set to keep the dogs inside their "fences" and have tons of freedom. I love being able to look on the app and find them...and if necessary send a little reminder too. I often will turn off the fences to walk them and can recall them quickly as needed. Will they work on a hound who's full on a scent? Probably not - I don't think the electric chair would. Does it work though if they just aren't paying attention? yes. I feel safer knowing they are easier to track and inside their fences. They do take a while to figure out where the GPS drift is - this isn't an instant put them on and forget it either. It's a time and money investment - do the training (except the indoor stuff which is dumb) and take the time and you will be pleased.

We have used Halo collars for four years. At times we have ran into technical issues, but the customer service is fabulous about fixing/replacing collars when necessary. Our dogs get to roam 40 acres safely thanks to Halo.

This collar is accurate and location is always on by cellular SIM card. The training is the best for both dog and handler. Changed my life and perhaps saved my dog from being hurt or killed from running away.

Overall the collars have been great for giving our dogs freedom. They are able to roam freely on our six acres with fairly busy roads boarding two sides. Occasionally we have had technical issues that need resolved. The dog park customer service is always top notch. William A assisted me today and it was the friendliest and quickest resolution thus far.

We live in a rural area where our animals have access to large areas of our property. The Halo collar has given us the knowledge of where our pets are and it gives them freedom to live their best lives.

We love our Halo collar! The freedom it provides our dogs is immeasurable. You set up a digital fence on your phone and the collar works using GPS. Even with minor GPS shifts and occasional feedback errors, we still love the collar. Our dog rarely needs his collar on as he knows his boundaries and doesn’t want to cross them, knowing his collar will tell him to come home. There is a vibration feature, sound feature and shock feature. After training our dogs we have never needed anything more than just the sound feature. We love our collar so much that we have told SEVERAL friends and family members to try it and they all like it too!

10/10 get his collar for your doggo. The customer support team is so helpful too! Mayva can roam freely in large areas, or small. The greatest feature is having multiple fences! Super easy to set up, and redesign if needed. There are multiple warning sounds, we use the beep as a warning, and the vibration when she goes past the fence(which is very rare). Rechargeable battery is 25 hours. Fit is for all sizes. Make your investment now and get this for your pup! Loving the newest upgrade add-on of the handheld remote!

I love the Halocollar because I can enjoy being outside with my dogs. I have 2 collars; one for a lab mix and the other for my Aussie. The collars let them run around my 4 acres but it allows me to change the size of the fence when we have tree trimers or others on property. This means they do not have to be stuck in the house or their kennels all day. I use the zone beacons to keep the pups from upstairs and other areas of my house that they aren't allowed to go in unless they are with someone.

We have had a great experience using the Halo collar. My dog "Smash" is a Pug; as we all know, Pugs love running and zooming around. The Halo collar gives me and Smash the freedom to roam our property without the fear of him darting into traffic or running away. I also love the portability of the collar and how I can set up virtual fences when I take him with me on trips or vacations. I am completely satisfied with the collar and the customer service provided by William A. this morning was great

The Halo collar has been fantastic for our dog to stay on our 3 acre property. We LOVE it!!

This is a great product for unruly dogs. Or that Houdini that escapes from any enclosures.

We love the Halo collar. Winter can run to her heart's content on our homestead and we know she is safe. On top of that the support we get from the Halo Dogpark, whether it be a problem with the app, collar, or just advice for additional training problems. They are always there with their thorough and patient help.
