This collar is amazing and the app that comes with it is great. You make your own fence in within the app and you can see where your dogs are at all time. It alert you if they get out of the fence and you can see exactly where they are just a great product. I’ve been using this for over three years. Just buy it. I have 6 dogs! ;)

Great product. Our border collie responds well and we feel the product is very reliable. Customer service is fantastic. We are excited to receive the upgraded Halo collar with extended battery life.

Collar works very well most of the time. Excellent training package. Glitch in gps took a little while and milultiple calls to fix, but I think we got there. Prompt, live person response. I was upset that they did change the plan after I paid and removed several of my fences rather than wait until the contract expires to change the plan.

State of the art support. I clicked a link and had face to face support. Aaron was knowledgeable and friendly. So far couldn't be happier with this product and the support I have received.

Sierra was very patient and sincerely concerned about getting the gps settings accurate for my puppy so she would be safe. She did an awesome job!

Overall the Halo collar works when the gps pin doesn’t freeze. We have had several issues with our collars (we have two). We have used the warranty three times since March 2024. Needless to say, the customer support is great.

We love our Halo Collar and the freedom it gives our pup! I would recommend calling into the Dog Park and having them set up your GPS signals though! Since we've done this the collar has worked perfect!

2 parts to my review: 1) We have 2 collars on 2 dogs. They work. We live in a wooded area and we wanted them to be able to go into the woods a bit without having to put up a fence. We had one of the radio collars that basically does a circle, but it just couldn't be positioned and configured in a way that would cover the woods without either allowing them to go somewhere we didn't want them (e.g. street) or stopping them from going where we wanted them (e.g. front of house). The Halo collars let us set up a fence that had the shape we wanted. We also use it for taking the dogs to our my in-laws' house with another fence there...easy. Really love the collars. 2) Customer service is amazing. We bought collars that someone else had bought and then never used...not new...in fact very old... When we had problems with each, Halo extended the warrantee period and replaced them both with newer models...then when we had a prong snap off with the threaded part still in the whole, they just placed it again! Yes these things are expensive...but if the customer service keeps up like this, you know that you're taken care of...not going to spend the money and then be out of luck when something breaks. Just awesome customer service (the people have been super nice, too)

The Halo collar is a magnificent piece of technology that has worked wonders training our rescue pup. The collar works everywhere and requires no wires or additional accessories to work. The best part is the support. I've worked with several Halo representatives since we purchased our collar. The most recent is a gentleman named Ricky. Ricky answered all my questions and provided me with everything I needed to resolve my issue. He did so in a courteous, knowledgeable and friendly manner. I've been extremely happy with the Halo collar and their amazing support team.

The collar has a lot of features. Allows you to customize a lot of settings. Great step by step training videos as well. I bought both this and Spoton and I like this collar better. Cons: the beacons are hard to set up and the range can vary quite a bit. I wanted to use the beacon to keep the dog away from the shed where the cat lives and the boundary is hard to set. I also don't like how you havev to watch all the training videos in order, you can't skip to what you need. This would be fine if this was a completely new tool for your dog. I have paid a lot to trainers to previously "static" train my dog. My dogs are very familiar with this type of training and i just needed very specific training to understand this specific device and i was very time consuming to get to the videos i needed. That being said I do like the collar and think it is very much worth the investment so far.
