Works well for my dogs, had a minor issue with a collar battery about 1 month in Buchalo quickly sent me a replacement. We have two of these and it helps keep my dogs in certain areas and correct bad behavior.

The halo collar for my dog works great but for some reason it did die, it was under warranty and the process to get replacement was super easy! Everyone super nice and helpful! Would recommend this collar to everyone! It’s a big price but well worth not having to worry about my dog and where he is! And training him to not chew with a beep is wonderful!

Well, let me start by saying i think this is a great idea, a wonderful app and training guide. We purchased this as we were planning to move and switching our escape artist doggie from an invisible fence system (with a physical wire) over to Halo. When we purchased the Halo collar system, you could still PHYSICALLY WALK THE PROPERTY and create a very specific fence. This seemed like a dream come true because we were moving to a house that although it has a physical fence, there are places where we dont have 100% confidence in the fence so we want to be able to keep her from even getting within several feet of it to avoid any temptation to even think about climbing over. She is super smart and did well with the invisible fence concept, and this yard is much larger with lots more foliage. We wanted to het started before we actually moved, so that the transition would be as smooth as possible. My husband started setting up a fence and testing it by walking the property and then we would make necessary adjustments. Suddenly and WITHOUT WARNING they removed this feature from the app completely. We spent hours trying to figure it out and getting completely frustrated because suddenly something we were able to do didnt work. I finally reached out to support (which is phenomenal by the way) and learned that the walk-the-property feature has been disabled. Well that's just great. So i have been trying to set my fence up via the TEDIOUS process of dragging those little points on the gps image map and constantly getting error messages that i am too close to a building. I live in a subdivision. There is a HOUSE on either side of me. This is beyond maddening and at this point (2 months after we purchased the system) we still aren't able to use it. I walked the property and tested the collar this morning. It seemed to be set as i wanted it. However, when i brought our doggie out to walk the yard, she received a warning beep where she should not have. I may just give up and return it. Its great if you can just make a square fence and be done with it, but if youre dealing with a unique fence design and oddly enough, BUILDINGS, you might not be able to get this thing to work. As of right now i am utterly and completely frustrated with the entire thing.

I have family who first began using this collar when it came out. It worked wonders with their dog. So I decided to get one for mine. It has had some hiccups with not wanting to charge or stay connected which I'm positive was just a glitch. However, Halo has been great to work with and I was able to get a replacement collar. Everything has been great since and I would highly recommend this company to others.

I needed some help setting up my 2 replacement Halo collars. I have been very happy with my Halo collars. I have 3 of them, and they were the only solution to keep my girls contained on my 28 acres. Before I had them I would find them miles down the road -- across streets and train tracks. Now we feel much safer knowing they are contained.

This is the 2nd collar ordered by our family. It was a simple but thoroughtly explaned process to train the rescue dog using this collar. She enjoys the freedom, even though we dont have a fence. I referred a family member when they got a rescue pup, and he is taking to the training well. The app is simple, I'm excited to see how we can evolve to using the multiple location options.

We absolutely love the Halo collar. It has allowed Vince to once again live his best dog life, but only on our 20 acres. We had a visit from a wildlife officer which dictated we do something to keep him off the wildlife preserve. He is mostly pointer and has a very high prey drive. Add in his cattle dog lineage and well - his nickname is Wild Man Vince. This dog is not meant to be on a run or a leash. He rarely gets a warning beep, but when he does he turns around immediately and moves closer to home. He has NOT left our property since we bought the collar over one year ago. While we initially had a few problems, mainly with faulty batteries, all have been corrected with the help of the Halo dog park. They were addressed quickly, in an efficient, friendly, and very competent manner. Bonus: We used the beacon for the kitchen, and Vince the notorious counter surfer has not been in since! The beacon is no longer active in the kitchen … shhhh don’t tell Vince. Bottom line. I would buy this collar again in a heartbeat.

Best pet tech product I've seen. My dog is now free to be off leash and I am no longer nervous that she is going to run away. Such an amazing product that all dog owners should have. I ripped up my invisible wired fence.

Great company! Worth every penny, keeps my dog safe and I don’t have to wonder where she goes over the fence if she does, the app shows everything. Easy to use. Great, great customer service. I had a collar stop working and it was easy to get the warranty replacement!

This is a must have! So convenient and easy to use! It has worked so well for our super hyper Aussie! He’s able to roam free (within his perimeter) all day long without us worrying about him venturing out into the road or anywhere he shouldn’t be! Would 100% buy again and again.

We have 2 Halo collars and love them. We live rurally on 30 acres. We have our Halo fence set to include our lake and about 10 of those acres. So our pups have a great area to play, run and chase squirrels. They could not have this freedom without these collars. The whistle recall works great when we need to call them in for any reason. By giving them a treat and some love when we do this, it reinforces that recall. I especially love all the training videos that Halo offers. They are very helpful in assuring that we and our pups get the proper use of their collars. We recently had an issue with one of our collars not charging. I called the Dog Park and William was most helpful. Since we could no reslove the issue, Halo as issued a new replacement collar. Customer service has always been friendly and helpful. Halo's customer service is great!

I have used Halo collars for 2 years now and they are awesome! Follow the instructions and training is a breeze. Customer service has been great each time I have needed it. The collars provide me peace of mind for my very loved 3 dogs when I am away.

I have 4 dogs on a 7 acre farm and no real fences beyond barbed wire so Halo collars are essential to keep my dogs safe. I have a blind dog and a deaf dog and both need to be kept safe from the road. With just a few days I trained them to turn back when they heard the beep or felt the vibration and come back to the house. My other two dogs are trained to patrol the boundary and keep predators away but Halo makes sure that they aren't chasing after coyotes and getting lost. Anytime I've had a problem Halo support has been helpful and this last time Logan was the representative that helped me resolve my collar GPS issues so my dogs can be kept safe. The price is high but when it comes to keeping my dogs safe it is worth it.

The Halo Collar is saving my dogs life by keeping her safe within set boundaries I make. It also gives me peace of mind. She responded to the feedback right away. So happy I spent the money on a great product

This product has been amazing for my active dog. I was a little hesitant with him being 5 years old, but he responded wonderfully to the training and learned quickly to return to me if he heard the beeping noise. I often am able to use the feedback option to initiate the beeping sound when I need him to return to me or if I see a dog coming towards us I can beep his collar ahead of time to remind him to behave. The customer service is outstanding, Ricky W. was great to deal with on the phone and made sure to follow up with me during a troubleshooting issue I was having that would require to leave the collar charging for an hour. I highly recommend this collar to help keep your dog safe where ever you go!

Keeping my plott hound/pit bull safe and home. In fact, just the other day, I was talking with a neighbor and his dog at the end of our drive/street when both of them saw Morty running full speed down the drive towards us. The gate was open, the neighbors beagle sounding off, and still the halo collar had my dog stop just before he got to the site where our gate typically would be. This reaction came before any warning signal was tripped (despite his affinity for play with other dogs) due to him having been conditioned by the halo collar’s unique warning/boundary feature. My neighbor was so impressed that he drove home and had a collar ordered for his dog within the hour. Best collar ever.

The Halo collar is easy to use and keeps my dogs in the yard. I can also look on the app to see where they are at any time. The dog park is very helpful with any questions you may have.

Halo has been great for us. We have been able to train our dog to stay in the yard. He is able to roam freely. We called Halo today about a battery issue and they were very helpful.

This collar was the perfect thing for our dog's safety and happiness. He is very stubborn and loves to chase things so as a puppy he learned to chase cars and people down our street to the road. Instead of tying him up to a lead all day and being restricted to leash walks, the halo collar lets us keep our pup outside now that he knows his boundaries! Very happy all around, as long as the coverage is good in your area, and you take the time to train your dog, you won't have any complaints! Customer service is also really surprisingly good and got us hooked up with a replacement collar when ours had issues.
