This collar is GREAT for our use and our Dog. We purchased this in 2021 after adopting our dog and have used faithfully since then. The in-app training was cumbersome so we did not complete it all - we just trained her using the tones of the collar to stop incorrect behavior and she learned the fence boundaries fairly quickly as well. We do not use the shock any longer as the tones are enough to get her attention. We love being able to see where she is and make fences almost anywhere we take her. There are some issues with GPS now and then but over the last 3 years, it continues to improve.

This is the best thing for anyone that has a big dog, especially if you have a big yard without a fence. The gps function lets you set up acreages or small yards without worry. The training is clear and precise and the support is excellent! This is not a plug and play product, but there are videos that take you through the process step by step. I am very happy with our Halo collar and can say there is nothing out there like it. It is well worth the investment if you want to keep your dog safe.

The collar allows my dog to have freedom in our yard and to get exercise. I love the ability to create a fence wherever we do. We are planning a trip to an Air B&B in a few weeks and know we can safely set up a fence for him there. Best of all, the support is fantastic! In just a few minutes, you can be connected to the 'dog park' help center and have a Zoom-type help session with a rep. They seem dedicated to helping me get the most out of our collar.

We bought this to replace an in-ground fence that was only enclosing about 4 of our 7 acres. After a lot of research, we chose Halo and couldn't be more pleased with the accuracy. It was very easy to set up by using the app and their customer service was very helpful. After setting up the fence in the app, I walked the perimeter with my furry friend and was very impressed with the accuracy at every point along the boundary.

Been a customer for a couple years now. Started with 1 collar for our first dog, and added a 2nd about a year ago. Since we take our dogs with us as many places as we can, we wanted some security when physical fence not an option. Halo as been great and stands by their product. Diagnostic recently found an internal error and Aaron from the Halo Dog Park team took care of replacement really fast!

Solved all of our problems! We live on a large farm and needed a way to keep our GSP close to home but also the freedom to explore. He loves to run with our neighbors dog. When they both have the halo on, they can run and we safely know where they are. We spent thousands to fence in yard for him to jump right over it. Wish we would have found the halo sooner!

I initially went to Halo as I live out in the county and have a large yard. My lab quickly learned the fences and now some days he wears the collar and some days he doesn't. Trying to train another dog and this one is taking a bit longer but still progressing. I only gave it 4 stars as I have had instances where the GPS fence shifts and my dog may be in a safe zone but gets a notification. Also, wish the battery life was longer than 16 - 20 hours. I do like that I can go visit other friends, bring my dog(s) and quickly create a fence for them at my friends house.

Halo Collar has been effective as a training tool and has kept our dog safe near busy roads. Service isn't always perfect (largely due to cell and wifi service in our area), and we have run into issues with our collar with what I'd consider wear and tear from typical use, but the support team and warranties have always been prompt and generous!

My halo collar is awesome. My regular in ground electric fence could not hold my determined pup in. Once he knew he could escape, he did. With halo he gets zapped over and over if he leaves the fenced area. Until he returns. It’s worked like a charm. And when it had a problem, halo sent a replacement asap. Super happy with this company.

Love, love, love my Halo collars. I have a weird property with a creek, so underground fencing wasn't possible. The Halo collars are perfect. Down the hill, over the creek, in the trees: I always know where my dogs are. And I can set a fence for wherever we go. Customer support is the best I've ever come across. No regrets buying these.

We have a great dane and a decent yard. Instead of buying a costly fence for our yard that we don't need yet, we invested in the Halo Collar. It has come in handy especially when we are trying to get him to come home and we can't see him. we haven't taken him traveling yet to use it but I'm confident it would work great

I have been using the halo collar for our GSP for a while and I have to say what a great product it is. We travel a lot camping and the option to set up perimeters at our campsite is amazing. With proper training, this product works flawlessly. I will never consider another product other than the Halo. It is worth every penny.

Excellent customer service. Lost a part and replaced it for free. We’re really enjoying the collar. Saved us tons of $ from having to install an underground fence. I would recommend skipping the indoor training part. We got stuck on it for a while, and my dog didn’t respond until we brought it outside.

Flexible GPS dog fence that goes where you go, we use it regularly on separate locations and have taken with us to set a GPS boundary while away at a vacation rental home. The ability to monitor the dogs location in real time is a priceless. The app enables tailoring the correction level to location and pets behavior.

One of the best investments i have made for the safety of my dogs. We live on acreage in southern ohio where cell service is non existent and our land is too large to cost effectively install underground fence. This was the perfect solution.

Tim was very helpful in helping me upgrade my halo 3 to the halo 4 collar. He stayed with me through the process of navigating all the screens necessary and submitting my payment. He also gave me instructions on what to do when my new collar gets here and how to set it up

This collar is great as it enables our dogs to roam the full farm without the hassle of burying wires. The collar itself is a little bulky, but the puggle doesn't seem to mind it (small collar) and the med sized mutt and Great Pyrenees don't even seem to notice (med/lg collars) it's on. We weren't sure the Pyrenees would feel anything through all her fur, but she is doing great with the training. How great they will not need to be tied up when there is all this land for them to run!
