We have used the Halo collar for several years and we love it! I recently had a message that the LTE chip wasn’t functioning, and Halo sent me a new collar and extended my warranty!

The product is the best choice I have. So far, 6 months of keeping him out of danger zones although it does not give me 100% assurance. It has "quirks" such as suddenly locating my dog nowhere near where he or the collar actually are located and trying to get help can be frustrating.

Great product. Works great and customer service is very helpful. I have had to replace twice under warranty but customer service is some of the best I have worked with.

I tried spot on collars, but I did not like how it dealt with. Keep out zones. So far my Halo was working better. Thank you for your support and good service.

This collar has been a life saver for letting our dogs live a more free lifestyle. If there is a case where they get close to or outside the fence line I always get a notification on my phone indicating me to check on them.

Great tool to keep the furry kids safe. Love being able to see where they are via my phone and make sure they're not in too much mischief.

We have two dogs, one old tame dog and one wild crazy dog. As expected the wild dog has caused damage to her collar and we called hoping to be pointed in the right direction in ordering a new one. After a brief wait a real person answered. Not only was it a real person, but they were very kind and helpful in resolving our issue quickly and went above and beyond in helping us replace our items. We love this collar and the experience we had with customer service made us love this company that much more.

I am so impressed with our Hallo Collar 3 and the customer service they offer! Early on I had a question and Ricky at the Dog park was patient and helpful. I had to reach out again due to a broken connector on the collar and was delighted to be connected to Ricky again. He quickly assessed my situation and determine a new collar was needed. Since it is still under warranty Ricky completed the replacement order in a flash and was so helpful again! I highly recommend Halo!

Started out a little difficult for an older adult but with the help Halo offers turns out to be the best collar ever

I LOVE this collar. The GPS actually works better than my phone as far as accuracy. I have a husky who didn't respond to the commands for the invisible fence but I do have a fenced in yard. He has gone on a few freedom runs and I have been able to track him down effortlessly. The customer service is incredible. Had to replace one due to the GPS chip malfunctioning after a couple years-went flawlessly. And had to replace some accessories which also went very smooth. Highly recommend!!

Halo Collar is awesome! We use at home and Camping so our dog can run and play while staying within our parameters

Love the collar. I live in six acres in the country. My dogs would roam all over before. But now with the Halo collar I can safely allow them outside for as long or and much as they want!

Love this collar. We had to improvise the 2nd week. We have a very stubborn and reactive dog so we did have to supplement with a regular e collar the 2nd week because she was pushing past the halo levels, but only one time did we have to use static with the general e collar. After that she was very responsive to the halo beeping and vibration and have confidence that she will not go outside the fence lines.

Customer support is top notch! This is the only thing that keeps my GWP in our yard!
