I have had nothing but an excellent experience with my collar, and the Halo support staff. My dog Heidi loves it to as I could finally free her from her backyard and give her some freedom. Well worth the price….

Incredible customer service. Bought Halo 1 three years ago and it stopped working today. They are sending me a Halo3 as a replacement for free. Collar and fences are customer and dog friendly. Sierra B. is the best customer service representative ever.

I had an issue with a collar we had been using for over a year. William A. assisted me in a Zoom meeting, and we were able to resolve the issue quickly. This collar works to contain our dog on our 4-acre property. Any other solution would be much more costly.

I love my Halo collar, my dog never goes out without it!!! Being able to see where he is in real time is so great. Every dog should have one. And should you ever need any help I hope you get Hannah M in the dog park, she can solve any problem!!! That Lady is ACES!!!!

Great product, Great app for use and excellent customer service. Had an issue with original gen 1 version of the collar. Nicholas G with the dog park tech support was excellent and took care of the concerns. Sending out a gen 3 replacement with no hassles at all.

The halo collar has been helpful keeping our dogs safe. We recently had a charging issue outside the limited warranty timeline and they still replaced our collars and with a version newer! The customer support has been amazing.

We live on 32 acres and this GPS collar allows our dog to explore the property freely. The app shows his location and will let you know if he is near a boundary. Had worked incredibly well even though cellular service can often be challenging.

We LOVE our Halo collars. They have helped us each and EVERY time our collars have any issues, including replacements. Best investment for our dogs on our 5 acres and also while camping or anywhere we travel. They will change your life!

Love this collar! It takes time to complete the training before using it but it's all explained in short videos. Customer service is excellent! I would highly recommend this collar if you are in the market for an electronic collar.

We have two goldendoodles puppies who were determined to get under the fence. This has helped keep them safe. We had one issue where it was glitching, but customer service (which is immediate) was so helpful and fixed the issue.

This collar is the only one that will keep my husky in her fence! This thing is a LIFE SAVER!! Even if she does manage to maneuver her way out I'm able to live track her and bring her back home. I am eternally grateful for this product!

We bought this collar for our aussie a little while ago and it has been amazing not having to worry about her exploring outside without any fences! The technical support agents have also been a huge help with questions arise!

We live in a rural area with a rambunctious pup who loves to run. The Halo GPS collar and training give us confidence to let him run our property safely.

I have used a Halo collar on both of my dogs for years now. They are excellent and allow me to give my dogs full access to my property without worrying about running cables or line of sight to a base station.

Overall we have had a positive experience with the Halo Collar 3. The only issue we have is with the magnetic charging cord, we did lose it, but it was easy to get a replacement. The collar malfunctioned and we got an alert that it was unsafe and we had to return it for a new one. Called the dog park and talked to William A. who was so friendly and amazing.

Love love this collar. We live on acreage so the GPS collar is a perfect option for us. We are able to see in real time where our dogs are located and whistle them to return to the house. You won’t be disappointed!

The collar has been a huge stress reliever. Before letting our dogs out we'd have to keep a close eye on them since we live in the country. Now we can let them out and have the peace of mind of knowing where they are. Before this, they would chase after deer that would come into the yard. The turning point was spending 3 hours looking for them. They did take a bit to get set up initially but now I can easily add other fences. Their beacon accessories have worked well with the collars too. Overall, I've been happy with them. The only complaint is the GPS sensor does from time to time show them outside of the fence even though they are in the middle of the yard.

I have two of these collars for my labs and they give me peace of mind when they are running around outside. We live on a large piece of land and it just didn’t make sense for us to install a fence. The halo collar provides step by step training and has been extremely reliable for us. I have had a couple of instances where I needed to contact their customer support. I have never had a better experience in my life! Most recently, my experience was with Angelina W. She was quick to respond and immediately addressed all of my concerns. If you are in need of a collar for your pups that keeps them safe, then look no further!

Still learning the collar, as we just got it. Seems like it'll be great though. Really wish it had the ability to have overlapping fences - maybe in the next version. Also, the collars do seem to slip larger easier than I would like. Don't expect it to be a problem as of yet, but a tighter collar sizing would be much appreciated.
