Great support and education from William and Logan to get a new collar up and running.

Unfortunately, the collar didn't work out as I had hoped. Seems to require that it be moving (e.g. bouncing like if a dog is moving) in order for the feedback to work. Maybe our dog is just a stealth genius (doubtful), but it meant that the feedback buttons almost never worked when we wanted them to. It also meant we could never properly train him to use the fence feature or trust that it would provide the intended feedback. Really unfortunate because now we have two collars to replace the GPS and feedback, but no fence. Would be wonderful if it worked as intended, but tried two different collars (the 3 and the 4) and neither worked well enough. Also, I likely won't get back the $100s of dollars I spent on buttons because they are non-refundable with Halo (only available direct).

Awesome Product - keeps our hounds safe on our 6+ ac property on the edge of town. Keeps the dogs safely in the boundaries and provides alerts when they’ve crossed it. Would highly recommend. Had an issue with the battery on one collar, HALO actually detected it and notified us! Customer support is excellent for resolving issues!

Everything went smoothly! We appreciate the customer service provided by Monica. She answered all questions efficiently and smoothly. We were worried about our halo collars bc we spend so much money on them but she was able to reassure us that the collars will keep getting replaced even out of warranty as Linn as there is not physical damage that we have inflicted.

Halo has always had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, it’s truly a game changer and is the one time I don’t completely dread calling if I’m having an issue with the product(products fault or my fault). Emma has been a great help today and is so very nice and personable! Thank you!

My customer support experience was amazing The Process was seamless

I purchased the Halo Collar for my dog, hoping for peace of mind and added safety. What I got instead was stress, fear, and a complete waste of money. We used the collar one time and immediately had issues. The app showed that my dog had left the boundary, so I panicked and rushed home—only to find her calmly sitting on the front porch, well within the designated area. Despite being exactly where she was supposed to be, the collar was going off, making noise and shocking her. She was terrified. That was it—we never used it again. As if that wasn't bad enough, the billing nightmare began. I've been trying to cancel my account since June 15, 2024. My bank card has expired and even shows as expired on their website, yet somehow they are still charging me. I’m now having to go through my bank to dispute the charges. This company is either incredibly disorganized or purposefully shady. Between the faulty product and the predatory billing practices, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Do not waste your money. Do not trust this product.

Have just started using the collar, but had to connect with support for some questions and Logan was phenomenal! I can't wait to really get up and running and have the continued support for this product!

Quinn helped me out in customer support at HALO to make sure I was doing the proper adjustments for the breed of dog I was using the HALO on. Easy to talk to and super sweet.

Customer service has ALWAYS been very helpful. They have taken my concerns and helped me work through issues to resolve any problem I have with the collar.

We have 8 dogs and 5 collars. We have had them from the beginning and upgraded as time goes on. The collars are amazing and well worth the money
