I've had the kettle for 3 days now. I've boiled and poured out the water at least 10x at this point. I've also boiled water with vinegar to try to get rid of the smell and taste, yet both persist.

We have tried all day to get it to work but it is dead. We ordered a different one today from Best Buy.
