There were a lot of great reviews so I purchased it and waited a while for it to come in, but it wouldn't even turn on. I bought another Hamilton Beach item around the same time and had a similar problem of the product not working. I would definitely not recommend this.

Typically, this is a tell-tale symptom that all parts are not properly seated on the motor base. Due to the design of this appliance, if all parts are not properly assembled and seated on the base, the motor will not power on. To remedy this occurrence, we recommend that you please verify the position of each part using the provided use and care manual.
