Needless to say I loved it. I am now cooking on an induction range. If you are interested in induction cooking and aren’t sure try this first.

Have fried and boiled using this with success. Do need to watch pot for overflow of oatmeal if setting too high. But easy cleanup.

I got an induction cookware kit and could only use 2 out of 5 of the Pots and Pans for this. My guess is because they were smaller than the inner ring or lined up with it which was too small since it moved out of alignment while cooking. Other than that it works great.

Better control than gas and it cooks more evenly. We have a 12" frying pan with a 10" base that works well on it.

Tends to heat in the center so for a larger pan you’ll have to adjust your cooking to accommodate. The surface gets hotter than an expensive induction stove… but I wouldn’t knock it down for that.
