The heating disc started eliminating white particles when water is boiling. I reached out to BB service and yhey refused to help and asked me to reach to manufacturer. The BB service agent gave me a wrong phone # stating its the manufacturer contact #. I am unsatisfied with this kind of pathetic customer service that BB is providing. I have been a loyal BB customer for more than 6 years now.

This was a great water kettle. It got the job done heating the water fast. Cleaning was easy. The blue light was cool. Not sure why its not working anymore. I push the button down, it clicks, but no blue light, sad. Will be missed. Anyone wanna donate funds toward to buy a new one would be great! Venmo @RishiHC Thanks in Advance!
