    Toaster looks cheap and not built very sturdy. Takes a long time to heat up. It does defrost and toasts bagels as I hoped. Wished I have upgraded to a more expensive one.

    It arrived DOA. It was a gift and missed the lousy return deadline of 15 days by one day and Bestbuy won’t let me return it or exchange it. But they’ll let the Geek squad look at it for a fee !!! NO THANKS…..

    I am very disappointed with this toaster. I like my toast more golden than very brown and when I put my bread in, it comes out streaked with some toasted gold and mostly white, very uneven. I now put my bread in sideways and somehow more of the bread is golden but still not the whole slice. I don't know if this is just what toasters do now but it is very frustrating. I just wonder how long the toaster will work.
