    It arrived DOA. It was a gift and missed the lousy return deadline of 15 days by one day and Bestbuy won’t let me return it or exchange it. But they’ll let the Geek squad look at it for a fee !!! NO THANKS…..

    I am very disappointed with this toaster. I like my toast more golden than very brown and when I put my bread in, it comes out streaked with some toasted gold and mostly white, very uneven. I now put my bread in sideways and somehow more of the bread is golden but still not the whole slice. I don't know if this is just what toasters do now but it is very frustrating. I just wonder how long the toaster will work.

    This toaster was a total waste of money! No matter where I adjusted the darkness control to, the toast came out burnt. I seen this happen a lot in the reviews, and I thought it wouldn't happen to me, but it did. If you're thinking of purchasing one of these DON'T DO IT!!!!!
