    Nice griddle, versatile cooking surface, but hard to clean. You can swap the cooking surface, the ribbed side behaves like a grill and is great for cooking meat. I wish the cooking surface was larger.

    The only con to this is when cooking bacon is all the grease is not going towards the middle it goes the opposite way. This causes a large amount of grease on the edges. I liked the idea of the drain in the middle and having two separate half but it would be nice if ii actually drained without lifting the ends At this time I would have to say no to be recommended but I really would have selected maybe if it were an option.

    Seemed good with two plates. But came broken during shipping, so had to return. Couldn’t test. But saw videos in YouTube where smoke was coming when cooking. So instead of rebuying this, we got powerxl smokeless grill.
