    I’ve had this griddle for just about a month and have used it at least once daily since then. The grease drain leaks onto a sheetmetal cover that allows grease to pool just under the heating elements. This causes a LOT of acrid smoke. Cleaning up the grease is basically impossible, so now it smokes badly every time I use it. I’ve had it for 27 days, the return period to BestBuy was only 15 days and it started smoking around the 20th day. The griddle works very well otherwise, but as it stands, I would not recommend this griddle.

    We have only used it a couple of times so far, but love being able to cook pancakes and sausages at the same time. The central grease slot is a great thing, as are the removable, reversible plates!

    Great product. We've used it to make asparagus, warm up tortillas, etc. it is also very easy to remove the panels and cleans super easy in the sink!
