Don't Waste Your Money

It either burnt the food or it was still barely thawed. I barely touched the lid and it burned my arm bad. I'm not sure if the heating element is bad. I bought it because it is just like another one I owned, but this one wasn't as good as the one I just had to replace.

Not good and terrible for small kitchens

It toasts unevenly, takes forever, burns easily, and is the size of a Buick in my tiny kitchen. I SO want to return it but threw out the original packaging, which did NOT contain a receipt. If there is some way to return it< I wish someone would tell me. Purchased on Nov.28.
