I've been using this for a bit, and whoever designed it didn't use it obviously. Water leaks out of the top. A LOT of water, so I have to put a towel down. Makes really good rice though!

We steam a lot of vegetables and this steamer does a great job. We were also very pleased with the eggs that were hard boiled. We love that you can cook multiple foods at the same time. We have not used the rice steamer yet.

great item easy to use , great price and fast delivery

Had older version and it lasted 6 years. Best appliance ever for cooking eggs use it every week and do eggs for the whole week in 20 minutes. Steam 20 minutes let sit for 20 minutes and they peel perfect

I needed a new steamer and got this one. I like it alot and have only used it twice. One thing I don't like is that the bottom of each container comes off. Yes it makes it easy to clean but just isn't very secure when it's together.

My wife was looking for a steamer and I came across this while shopping on Best Buy's website for another product. The steamer arrived on time and has been working great so far. Fully met our cooking needs.

The baskets have a bottom that you can remove which means that you need to set them up properly which is not that obvious if you don't expect it but this allows some flexibility with taller items.

I recommend this product. It is good for steering vegetables as well as rice. Cleaning is a little bit difficult,

The steamer makes beautiful hard-boiled eggs. Vegetables also turned out great; not too crisp and not mushy.
