Compared to other units I have used in the past, it seems to take considerably longer. The flashing temperature indicator is more of a distraction than a useful device. Having more trays for sauces/jams etc would have been useful. I have not been able to find them online and the Best Buy store didn't have them in house.

We have enjoyed so much the dried fruit, that before I get another batch dried the first batch is gone. Thank-you for having this product on your online store.
