Upon first use it was difficult to insert the pieces into the mixer. Once I got them inserted and started mixing my batter, I realized that the bowl sits too low and the mixing spoons don’t mix the ingredients at the bottom of the bowl. The next issue I noticed is that there is no locking mechanism for the bowl and it spins uncontrollably while mixing. It makes me think the bowl will fly off of the base. It’s also difficult to adjust the speeds. Otherwise it works perfectly.
