Great product!

However, after using it a few times, it is obvious that it does not get as hot as I would like on LOW setting. I have since gone back and read the reviews. Many others are having the same issue. At this point I only feel comfortable using the HIGH setting to avoid undercooking and potential food poisoning from lack of heat.

The item gets extremely hot so I purchased a think wood cutting board that I place item on when using. Only con besides it getting really hot, once it gets this hot it will automatically go to warm so it messes up my cook times.
