We love this pot. When our old coffee maker went out we decided to purchase one without a glass pot. So glad we did. I can make a pot before I go to work in the morning and it is still hot when my wife gets ready for coffee a few hours later. No need to worry about burning the pot.

Doesn't keep coffee as warm as I think it should. Nice otherwise I like the one cup at a time without the glass carafe. Would buy again

My second Brew Station.First lasted 5 reliable years until small plastic nub on auto pour mechanism broke off.I don't know what it is about these machines, but they just seem to make a better tasting cup of coffee than any other I've had.Even my coffee conasseur sister who would normally walk to Starbucks while visiting,gave in and tried a cup, and was surprisingly impressed with how great the coffee from the Brew Station tasted.Not saying as good as a cup of Starbucks, but still a great tasting cup.

It is exactly what I ordered. I love the portable water reservoir! My only hope is that the drip seal holds for a long, long time!

This is the 3rd Coffee maker of this style and brand. Only problem is that after 4or 5 years is the filter at the pouring spout becomes clogged. I keep replacing it with the same kind as all other features are outstanding.

I have had this style of maker for years now and I very much prefer it to the carafe style. Never had any of them leak.

I had this same unit in the past but switched to a more expensive unit for a few years, big mistake. One thing I wish they would go back to is a 6 Hour auto shut-off, as most are only 2-4 hours.....but it's a nice unit for the price.

Love it! Do not have to worry about breaking glass container and spilling coffee. Heats up fast!

Leaks coffee all over the counter! That was exactly why I was replacing my old coffee pot, because it had started leaking after several years. This new purchase leaks so much worse than the old, cheaper coffee pot! Unusable! I will be returning!

Bought this new model Hamilton Beach because my current one broke. Only thing I'd like to see them modify is the way the filler tank door opens. Can't fill it from water dispenser on my GE fridge.

I do not keep appliances plugged so has to be programmed every day. Does not turn itself off after keep warm time. Keep warm time isn't really hot, and it makes a loud brewing noise the whole time it's plugged in? Nothing to like about it other than the water holder and looks good.

It’s ok but can be better coffee isn’t that hot with liquid creamer

I owned an older version of this coffee maker for many years and LOVED it! This version leaks coffee from the dispenser. We have to put a cup under the dispenser or there will be coffee all over the counter!

This is our sixth no-pot coffee maker. Over the years, we have worn out five. They always work fantastic, the reason we always buy this type. They are Great!

Excellent coffee maker! Easy to fill than previous model

No complaints while it worked. Not a long-term solution, though. It stopped working after 2 years.

The Cup serve design that makes the Brewstation the most useful coffee maker available, has been improved and updated to have a separate fill reservoir and a taller cup/glass filler position. The water transfer system seems much more robust than in previous models.

After using this for 1 month we took it back...At best it was only worth $20. Not what they are getting for it...

Works perfect. Easy to clean and able to brew coffee fast.
