Really like the upgrade of a separate water reservoir. The only negative, which is why I removed 1 star, is that the pot is very noisy. It has a constant low whine.

I love not having coffee spilled everywhere from a pot trying to pour it into the cup easy to program easy to make hope it lasts forever

I love this coffee maker. The traditional carafe tend to drip. This one works like a soda machine. Press cup against the the lever in the back and coffee is dispensed.

works just fine just like the other 3 we have had. Just wish they would last a little longer.

It’s noisy when brewing and during the stay warm cycle. Not as sturdy as prior models. I do like the fact that the water container is removable and easy to fill. But it works and the price was right.

2nd time owner/ different model. Love these brew stations but hate that they only last 1-2yrs. Always get warranty.

Well, I appear to be hooked on these HB Brewstations, but sadly wish they were better quality. The prices have steadily gone up, I have owned several different versions... and they just don't hold up. The lid on the water container snapped off the first week... but I don't dare send it back as they are not always easy to find... and I just can't see myself using a glass carafe. Perhaps I'll find a quality replacement some day... or they will just improve this one so it's durability matches its rising price.

Easy to fill the water container; easy to fill your cup with no glass carafe to break; keeps coffee hot (you can program it to stay warm up to 4 hours). We love it soooo much we bought a second one to have as a backup just in case something happens to it. Usually when I find a product I love and I have to replace it, it' slither been modified or discontinued. Didn't want to risk that with this great coffee pot!

I have purchased several of these Hamilton Beach-Brew Stations over the years. I like the way it dispenses coffee which sets it apart from other coffee makers. After using this type of coffee maker, I can't go back to the carafe.

Easy to use, no assembly necessary. Does exactly what is supposed to do. Good product for reasonable price.

I’ve owned 2 of these BrewStations and I love them. No carafe to worry about. We make lots of coffee, hot and iced. The 4 hour keep hot option is great.

The Cup serve design that makes the Brewstation the most useful coffee maker available, has been improved and updated to have a separate fill reservoir and a taller cup/glass filler position. The water transfer system seems much more robust than in previous models.
