I absolutely love this coffee pot. I can dispense one cup at a time and the timer keeps my whole pot of coffee warm for 4 hours.

I bought this for a gift for my daughter who loves mine. This is the only coffee maker I have ever seen that actually brews ice coffee, not just coffee over ice! I also love not having a pot that could break during washing. It stays perfectly hot for up to 4 hours and is fully programmable for brewing options such as cup size or bold. I love it!

Great Brew Station that doesn't leak. This is the second one we've had.

Will not last long. Cheap plastic. Took 10 loads to get the plastic taste out. Side fill is very good feature. I would pay a lot more for a complete unit made out of stainless steel! Design is very good!

Never have to wash a pot again. Easy to set up and easy to clean.

Love this coffee maker , it is super easy to set up and even easier to use . It makes up to 12 cups of hot or iced coffee and 1 st cup tastes exactly like the 12 th cup with is nice !!! Although if you drink all 12 cups yourself you might be up for a few days and I recommend you stop at three

It is a newer version of my previous one. 1st one only lasted a year or so, then heating element stopped working. I'm hoping it was a fluke and this one lasts longer! Other than comments about noise and temperature, everything else is great.

reservoir on side is very handy. coffee doesn't seem to be hot until it sits for a little while.

Everything is as promised. Easy to fill. Simple controls. Minimal wait. Can set up to have heat stay on for up to 4 hours. Best of all: being able to dispense coffee DIRECTLY into a cup or mug. No more dribbles or spills!

This coffeemaker meets my needs. I especially like it's ice-coffee mode.

We have had versions of this since 2010ish. Super easy to use adn love the one hand coffee access and most importantly no carafe to deal with. Keeps coffee hot and lots of options for brewing.

This is the second one of these coffee makers that we have bought in the last 7 years. We make two to three pots (24 to 36 cups) daily. About the easiest coffee maker to use. I hope they don't stop making it.

I recommend to anyone who likes the Hamilton Beach brew station!

I purchased this to replace the previous one that worked well for years. It is great to have the water container on the side rather than having to pour it in the reservoir. Much neater and no spills.

This is a great coffeemaker for an office. Ours lasted 3 years of heavy daily use. We like how it dispenses coffee and the removable water tank for easy fill up at the water fountain.

need better bulb should be able yo get fixted at best buy

We love this pot. When our old coffee maker went out we decided to purchase one without a glass pot. So glad we did. I can make a pot before I go to work in the morning and it is still hot when my wife gets ready for coffee a few hours later. No need to worry about burning the pot.

Right from the beginning I knew this was a badly designed coffee maker. Very cheap looking. Sure enough after only a few days, the dispenser bar/button was jamming. When viewing the inside, you could see it was not centered. Also, the amount of water you pour into the reservoir is not how much coffee will brew. E.G. - you fill up to the 10 cup mark, but only 8 cups will be brewed.
