I love the brew stations!! This is my second one, the first one which was an older model lasted me over 6 years. The only con I see is I wish the coffee would be a little hotter, other than that it is an excellent coffee maker.

We enjoyed the previous model for 10 years before it finally started leaking due to the valve spring breaking. This new model makes even better-tasting coffee (we self-grind beans), displays the water/coffee levels clearly and keeps the coffee warm for up to 4 hours without burning it..

A very good product. We have had many of these Hamilton Beach brewstations over the years that have a long time and some that didn't six months. I hope that this one a long time.

Coffee stays fresh. Perfect for the office where everyone can grab a coffee with one hand by just pressing on with the cup. Very convenient.

We were turned onto this type of coffee maker when we stayed at a resort. Soo easy to use.

We had a previous model and loved it. They actually made the design worse on this one, hard to pour water into the reservoir without spillng it. But I love the way it keeps the coffee hotter than a carafe. That is stil good and it is a good value for the money. Best Buy shipped it very quickly.

Suits our needs perfectly! Read that they tend to leak after a while and so bought the maintenance plan with it. Glad I did because this is my second one. Traded up from the 10 to the 12 cupper. Which was a good trade. Love not having a glass carafe To worry about. Easy to keep clean and makes great coffee. So far so good we’ll see how long this one lasts.

does not brew dark enough and hard to clean with sponge and water you can only rince with hot water

Great price, love the no canister, coffee could be hotter and a filter basket would be nice. Otherwise would have given it a 5.

Im not impressed by this coffeemaker. I bought this particular piece of equipment because of the features, well it may just be I received the faulty one of the bunch, mine has leaked since the day 1. I went out of town for 3 months and unfortunately my roommate never had the time to return it, but Im not at all happy about this item.

We love this coffee maker, so much, that we own two of them. One we use everyday , and most of the time, it's on all day. It is a work horse. The fact that it does not burn the coffee while it stays hot and fresh for us, and it's programmable timer are two features we enjoy with this product. Once you get into the routine of preparing it the night before for the brew cycle, it is magnificent! We actually saved up or Reward Zone certificates from Best Buy to lower the price, which makes it a great value!! Even at the full price of $54.00, its reliability and durability is well worth it. We really do abuse our daily coffee pot. Past makers have been lucky to last a year in our house.

I have used this brand and type of coffeemaker for years. I like the ease of making coffee and how long it will stay warm. This is my 4th coffeemaker like this due to wearing the other ones out.

Would buy it again. Makes great coffee and keeps it nice and hot.

It makes up to 12 cups for those who drink more than one cup at a time.

Great coffee maker for the price there was a deal in store. Was a gift to my parents because their coffee maker broke. At first they did not know how to use it because there was no pot, but once they got used to it they love it! Simple, easy and clean.

This thing isn't perfect, the fill mechanism isn't the greatest, but it's a great coffee maker. The fill thing is not a big deal and we have literally bought this same coffee maker 3x. We use the heck out of it to the point where the manufacturer's name is no longer visible. It works great, keeps your coffee warm for hours and we love the way it dispenses the coffee. No need to pick up a pot and pour/splash, just use the dispenser! Just recently bought one of these after having the previous one for about 7 years or so. It still worked, but it just got old and we wanted a new one.
