This machine was an upgrade from our old Hamilton Beach BrewStation, which started leaking towards the end, but still works. This new one is much better, but it's hard to tell if this one would leak after a few years. Otherwise, if you're a big coffee drinker and don't use the k-cup machines, I suggest this machine for your home or even office.

I like not having to worry about breaking a glass pot. It even keeps the coffee warn for 4 hours without having a nasty taste. Excellent product.

This brew station brews an excellent cup of coffee and is easy to set up. I have it on auto-brew so my coffee is ready when I wake up. The removable basket prevents coffee grounds from entering into the unit. I love it.

Easy to program, makes good coffee, and keeps it hot. However, the dispenser leaks from the top down the front of the device, and to the drip pan at the bottom. Good thing it is there or the counter would get covered with coffee every time you filled up your cup.

It was time for a new one and purchased the newest version. Coffee makers are difficult to find right now for some reason! The one I got leaked and I had to return it. However, I purchased another and no issues. Just a fluke...

Brews 12 cups of coffee in less than 10 minutes and keeps it hot for up to 4 hours - you can set it from 1 to 4 hours. I had it for about a month now and brewed every morning without any problems so far.

Each one has lasted 3 to 4 years; we are satisfied with that. Easy to make coffee and pour each cup without having to pick up a carafe from a hot plate.

I like the auto shut off. My husband likes ice coffee but I he likes a full pot so you can just pour the whole thing out with easy pour spouts. Easy to use
