    At forst we tried to fill the entire top with beans and it would not grind. So in order to work, we only put in very few beans at a time.

    Stopped working after a few uses. Purchased item to grind coffee in the ESPRESSO manner, now the burs don't even grind. Tried to contact HB, but got nowhere, piece of junk, they got their money , I got SQUAT!!

    Absolutely not worth it. Problems immediately with clogging and now stopped working a month and a half later with very limited use. Go with anything else!

    Order online 4/19/24. Tracking information was generated 4/20/24 and it has been delayed 10 days with a stats of the label was created but not received by UPS. There is no option to cancel this order that has been sitting for 10 days without and update.

    You can not select the size of the grind. Very disappointed in this purchase. It will either end up in the trash or in a yard sale. Produces a large grind no matter where you place the grind selector.
