    I have a similar product and wanted to try this for my mom as a mothers day gift and she loves it! Compared to a traditional kettle that takes forever to heat on an electric stove.

    The first thing that I saw was that the box is not shipped in a a separate box so that the world can see exactly what it is. The box was damaged. (Thank you, FedEx) The next thing was that I immediately disliked it when I took it out of the box. The kettle is this flimsy plastic. The thought that popped into my head as I held the kettle was "yuck". The base has a cord that may be all of 12". The kettle does not fit securely on the base. At that point I just re-packed it and will be returning it. I didn't even go through the process of preparing the kettle for use. If I paid $19.99 for this electric kettle, I might be ok with it.

    I have purchased this product and stopped working. When I connect with Best buy and they requested me to connect with Hamilton support and when I spoke to Hamilton support and they are saying this product has limited warranty. please verify before you buy. Thanks!
