I bought it for my home in India. Unfortunately, there is no service center in India. I wasted my money while purchasing it.

Product is not working

My wife was ironing and it was spewing steam and stopped working. Went yo BestBuy store and they reminded they won’t do anything and I need to contact the manufacturer. Big mistake.

This is my second Hamilton Beach iron in a month, no quality control! System forcing me to assign a rating, doesn’t deserve a star! I will not purchase another!

However the automatic shut off seems that the iron still remain a bit hot. I only had this iron for about one and a half wks so I'm still learning how it works.

Pure Junk! Little steam. $15 for junk= too much $$

You think for $40-$50 you can get a good steam iron. Guess again. Not if it is Hamilton Beach. The advertising is misleading and false. The steam is virtually non-existent. I mean 2 out of 10. We waited two weeks because Best Buy doesn't carry irons in the store. What a disappointment and waste of time and money.
