    Absolutely love my new waffle maker. You can remove the plates to wash them, most of the other waffle makers do not have that option. It is well made and only takes a couple of minutes to heat up.

    Awesome. What's better than one crisp, fluffy, waffle? Two. Only complaint is that it doesn't have a timer, so it takes a bit of practice to get it right.

    Works great but middle cooks faster. Power and ready light have not ever worked (the two that are on one side), the single power light works. Didn't return it because of the hassle of returning items and having to wait for a replacement. Waffles stick so make sure to oil it.

    I will be returning this item. First problem is with the uneven heating due to the double decker heating elements. One side burns while the other is not baked. Second, the lights do not reflect that the waffle is done. You have to do the “watch and wait “ method. Third is the plate retainer no longer works after 5th time I used it.
