Massive cooking area - don't even use my wok anymore - and the pan lifts out of the base for easy cleaning - and I do mean EASY.

It took 3 times to get a product not damaged due to manufacturing using packaging bock as shipment box, and internal product items damaging surface.

I have cooked pancakes, eggs and hashbrowns so far and all worked out well on the no stick surface. It is also easier to clean than our old one since it is 2 pieces.
