The iron functions nicely, but I worry about my safety because I can see the wires inside because it is not closed all the way.

THIS IRON SEEMS WELL MADE AND EASY TO USE. THE SETTINGS ARE EASY TO UNDERSTAND. THE WEIGHT SEEMS RIGHT, IT IS NOT TOO HEAVY OR TOO LIGHT. THE POWER CORD IS LONG WHEN USED AND RETRACTS EASILY WHEN STORED.

Good quality. It's easy to operate. It's not too heavy or light. It has different settings for different fabrics. Very satisfied with product.

I finally got to use this iron! For so long, I had no where to go (COVID lockdown), so nothing to iron. Works really nice and easy to fill with water. My previous Hamilton Beach had a color code light built into the water reservoir, which I really liked because you could tell instantly if it was heated to the temperature you needed. I do miss that, however, I like the new added feature on this one of a cord retractor.

More than satisfied with this purchase. Great steam! Took me a while to get used to operating it though. That's not a reflection on the product, but my last iron was very old and basic. This is definitely a step up. Odd to me that the instructions are to mix tap and distilled waters. My previous Hamilton Beach iron lasted for many years and hopefully this one will too.

After our old long-term iron finally gave way, it was time to take advantage and upgrade. Best feature - retractable power cord. The rest is easy and not too heavy to use. For sure recommend this.

I have enjoy every bit of my pressing iron since I bought it. It comes with steamer. My user experience has been positive since I bought it.

Irons good, holds enought water, the plug rewind works but can be is a bit touchy and if you hade larger hands like me it's easy to bump the temp button. It's good for a cheap Iron.

I always come back to using this Hamilton Beach iron. I cannot seem to find this model any place other than Best Buy. This is the best iron I have used, and my second purchase of this iron from Best Buy.
