Nice iron

Can't really say how well it works because I haven't had a chance to use it, but think I'll be happy with it.

Paying for an OPEN BOX used item

I had to visit the store to return it for the 1st time and they did the same thing 2nd time. Tired now!!!!

Good but needs to be replaced often

I returned in to the store & got a gift card for the item.

I have an older version of this one that is several years old and still works fine, but wanted to replace it because the burst of steam button stopped working--otherwise it still works great.
