The griddle was not packed in a box & was crushed when we got it. Thankfully the packing protected it. Griddle is nice, large & works well. Disappointed with shipping.

There are no bells or whistles to basic design...the standard 3-prong temperature control, the removable oil pan, and a small lip around the sides to keep whatever you have on the griddle. However, the cook surface IS an upgrade, easy to wash, very durable, and non stick. Totally recommend. Pancakes and eggs have come out perfect every time!

The length took up too much counter top space. Do measure your counter space. This griddle did not fit in my cabinets. The width is great I needed 12in in length.
