    very bad quality, the product only lasted 3 months and stopped working, to make the warranty effective is super complicated and it is in Mexico, too complicated.

    First one came damaged, replacement came and middle does not heat up. Beware, BestBuy only has a 15 day return/replacement window.

    Product came broken into about 15 pieces and then I couldn't return it because the store was so far away and they wouldn't let me exchange it over the phone so now I am stuck with a puzzle.

    after 9 month of light use ( once a week ) this griddle is not heating as it was. it takes a long time to cook a simple pancake .
