    NO STARS - this was my second attempt to have this Hamilton Beach Electric Knife Set with Case ordered/shipped to my son in Houston. With the first attempt, the package was in terrible condition with the case shattered and the knife inoperable. With the second attempt, the knife does work but the case was very damaged and unuseable. In both cases the knife was sent in its original packaging without any protective packaging. At this point, it's not worth my time and effort of again requesting that a replacement be sent to my son. However, I sure hope this review prompts BestBuy to do MUCH better job with shipping of their online orders. I will certainly think twice about using them again.
