After my previous coffee maker died I wanted something that offered flexibility along with features from the old pot. I thought this might be it. Sadly, I was mistaken. I could live without there being a built-in grinder. However, the "insulated" carafe barely keeps warm for an hour after brewing. Additionally, the lids for water and grounds began warping from steam after only two uses. Finally, you can only use either the carafe OR pod at any given time. It would be nice to brew a fast single cup with a pod while waiting for the 10-cup carafe finishes.

Couldn't ask for anything better. Haven't used the carat yet. Just the K cup.

The flex brew 10 cup coffee maker works very well and is simple to use.It make very good tasting coffee and is very quiet compared to some coffee makers.Its priced right and keeps coffee hot in the crafe

I bought this as a gift for my coffee-loving boyfriend after trying it out at my parents' house. It brews great tasting coffee and is so practical! Being able to do single-serve k-cups or a pot of coffee is a great feature. I also really enjoy the programmable time feature so I can set it to brew the night before for piping hot coffee when I wake up! Not to mention, you can set it to brew the coffee as "bold" which tastes so much better in my opinion. It was a bit confusing to get started, especially with the individual single cup side of the unit. As far as the 10 cup pot…it makes excellent coffee.

Works well. I do not like that you need to fill the individual cup brewer with water every time. Great value for the price. Best Buy slow with delivery, received four days after promised delivery date. And of course they do not keep them in stock. Thankfully the sales associate knew about this unit because there was not one on display.

Kuerig delivery without the kuerig price. I really enjoy this bc i can do a pot of coffee or a k pod OR a cup of ground coffee.

Bought this for my 72 year mother - mainly due to the fact the buttons are up front unlike the Duo which has buttons in the back. Loving then stainless steel pot. Looks beautiful in our kitchen. She also loves the reusable single serve pod for her non pod coffee

Very simple to use and setup. Love the flexibility and the large carafe size (10 cups). K-cup or use your own coffee makes this ideal for us. We make a pot in the morning and a single serve in the evening.

Our old coffee makers handle broke and we needed a new one. This one is nice because you can also make a single cup too.

Trying to clear the clutter off of my kitchen counter, and that included a 12-cup coffee maker and a single serve coffee brewer. The Hamilton Beach FlexBrew solved that problem. We love it. We especially like the stainless steel carafe. The strength control is great for us. Pricing was competitive. The reservoir meets our needs so much better than other coffee makers that have the reservoir that you have to lift off, fill, and put back on. I would definitely purchase this again.

This the 2nd dual brew station we've purchased. This thing is fantastic and the thermal carafe is huge upgrade.

Brews well and like the ability to have a pot o coffee or a cup o coffee...but having a single serve water supply that supplies just enough for one serve is ridiculous.

Bought this to replace a Kurig that quit dispensing the right amount of water. This one simply dispenses all the water you add, every time. It also brews by pressing just one button.

Good coffee pot, makes really good tasting coffee. It takes a little longer to make a single cup then I'd like, but still worth it.
